LeadPulse

For n8n and Make agencies

Catch silent client-workflow failures before the client notices.

A workflow can stay green while it processed 0 items. A trigger can stop. A credential can expire. A field can be renamed. A Make scenario can sit deactivated. LeadPulse watches those outcomes and tells you once.

The Health Check is free. Email is required, the API key is not stored, and the score, issues, and fix steps are on the private link. A new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with no card, then stays on Free if you do not subscribe.

What the client finds first

Four failures an error workflow does not see.

A run comes back green and processed nothing

n8n marks the execution successful while the last producing node returned 0 items. A renamed API field does this: the workflow still finishes, and the CRM stays empty. The zero-item rule opens one incident unless you have marked that workflow as allowed to be empty.

When an API renames a field

A trigger stops firing

The workflow is still active, but no successful run lands inside the silence window you set. Dead webhooks and polling triggers look like this. There is no failed execution, so an error workflow never sends mail.

When a workflow stops triggering

A credential expired overnight

Google OAuth tokens and service accounts fail in the execution, not in a status page. The Free n8n Health Check calls out credential failures it can read from those errors. Ongoing monitoring alerts when the error rate crosses the threshold you set.

When Google credentials expire

A Make scenario was left off

LeadPulse does not log into Make. You add a heartbeat URL at the end of the scenario. If the scenario is deactivated, or the call is late, or the count is 0, that heartbeat opens an incident.

When a Make scenario deactivates

n8n

One instance, encrypted, checked about every 10 minutes.

You connect a base URL and an API key. The key is encrypted at rest and used only when LeadPulse calls n8n. Each check reads workflows and a recent window of executions. One open incident per problem. A recovery note when it clears. Checks are designed to run about every 10 minutes. A missed cron, an n8n outage, or a bad key can delay one.

  • No successful run inside the silence window.
  • A success that produced zero items.
  • A workflow that was deactivated.
  • An error rate over the threshold you set.

Make

A heartbeat at the end of the scenario.

Make is not read through an API. The scenario calls a unique URL, optionally with ?count=. A late call, or a count of 0, is the incident. The same URL works for any tool that can make an HTTP request, including Zapier.

Email alerts are on every plan, including Free. Slack, Telegram, and a signed webhook are on the 14-day trial and on Solo, Agency, and Pro. Free does not send those channels.

Monday, in your name

A client report, not a screenshot of n8n.

Agency and Pro include a white-label Monday health report for each client within the plan limit: your name and logo, an unguessable link, and the option to email it. Agency includes 10 clients. Pro does not cap clients. Free and Solo do not include client reports.
