Terms of use
By creating a LeadPulse workspace you agree to these terms. If you are using the product for a client, you are responsible for having the right to connect their automations and to share a health report with them.
The service
LeadPulse checks n8n executions and heartbeat URLs on a schedule and sends alerts when the rules you configure are breached. It is a monitoring aid. It does not guarantee that every failure will be detected, that alerts will arrive within a fixed number of minutes, or that a third-party email, Slack, or Telegram provider will deliver them. Checks are designed to run about every 10 minutes. A missed cron, an n8n API outage, or a bad API key can delay or skip a check.
Your account
You must provide a real email address. You are responsible for the API keys and heartbeat URLs you create. Do not connect an instance you are not allowed to read. The free audit and the health check are provided as-is and must not be used to probe systems you do not operate.
Trials and payment
New workspaces receive a 14-day trial without a card. After that, monitoring stops until you subscribe. Paid plans are billed monthly by Stripe at the price you select. A health-check report can also be unlocked with a one-time $9 payment when that checkout is available. That payment opens the fix steps on that report. Continuous monitoring still requires the trial or a subscription. You can cancel a subscription in the Customer Portal. Access continues through the end of the period Stripe reports as paid, then the workspace becomes read-only. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law or where a charge is reversed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack other systems, to store lead payloads, or to send alerts to people who did not ask for them. We may suspend a workspace that threatens the reliability of the service.
Liability
The product is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost leads, lost profits, or client disputes that arise because an automation failed or because an alert was late. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
